I am using a digital paint program to create ideas for a series of paintings I hope to start doing as part of the greater art output.

These are considered as concept art, ideas, maybe some plans for colour drawings or paintings and not meant to be the finished traditional art you find here in my gallery.

I don't like the composition of this it sort of sags to the center, but the grass is pretty.

true, there is a place for slightly uncomfortable composition in art, so I'm sure you could do something great with this if you wanted.

i drew the land as nature at times creates these 'depression' in the landscape and this is what I wanted to express.
